The only thing more important than our food being all scrumptious and whatnot is making sure people pay for it. Must know your times tables, and be charismatic. You are the last Gritsman the guest interacts with. You are the finale in a yummy symphony. It's all riding on you.

As a server at Happy Grits, you'll never have to ask the guest "how is everything?" because the chorus of "yums" will be deafening. Your duty is to manage our food's journey from the grill to the bill, once the customer has had their fill.
